I am a prom am Latin Ballroom dancer. I am 69 yrs of age and my feet have experienced a lot of trauma . I bought a pair at my last competition. I have too say I have not taken them off my feet since ten. But I wish they came in different colors Bravo to Ance. Mary

Excellent post-dance shoe

I bought these to help my feet recover after ballet class. The ice pack and foot massage features are really fantastic! I put the ice pack in the freezer at the studio before class and stick them back in my shoes afterward for the drive home. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I don't feel like the arch support is as adjustable as advertised. The way it's described, I expected the velcro "360" strap to be more stretchy, so I could tighten or loosen it depending on how much support I wanted. However, it's quite stiff and really only serves to hold the shoe on the foot.

Supportive!

These sneakers are very supportive for standing, walking, shifting weight, and moving. They're lightweight and flexible but also firm and comfortable. Highly recommend to an athletic individual who needs additional support in the foot or is recovering from an injury. Great fit too!
