I love my Empress shoes. They have lived up to my expectations. They are not only beautiful, but also, comfortable. They are perfect for people whose feet changes require more toe room.

Extremely disappointing product and no response to emails. Company purportedly a Canadian Company but shoes produced in China. Very expensive - no structure in shoe - toes on both shoes rippled. Have given up chasing Company and should have done my research before ordering - all the complaints are there and I’m just another one taken in.
