The ultimate precision, engineering, craftsmanship and quality. I was hesitant to purchase due to the price, but now that I have used it, I regret not buying this grinder earlier in my life!

I watched a bunch of reviews on YouTube, including an actual tour of the German factory where the Comandante is made. The science and engineering put into the development of this thing is astounding. There's actually a team of employees that assemble the grinder by hand, much like high end watch makers. I was able to purchase the "Red Sonja" from Idrinkcoffee. It's beautiful and grinds so effortlessly. I love it. So far I've used it for french press, pour over, and it even worked for Greek/Turkish coffee. Shout out to Preston from Idrinkcoffee for his awesome customer service.

Service could be better

The grinder is a very well made unit from an excellent company. The handle connection has some play in the interface and the odd bean finds its way in there. My only real disappointment is in the speed that iCoffee shipped my order. Paid for express shipping and it was not sent by the service paid for. They also took extra days to hand it to FedEx 🤣
