Itu's Bones

While this DVD was made a few years ago now it is a great story about transforming a fishing industry into conservation and tourism industry. I was surprised how long it took to work out how to catch the bones on the flats. It is also a great preview for those, like myself, wishing to make a bucket list trip to fish for bones in Aitutaki.
