Unisex Perfume Set

Well, where to begin....I was excited to order the sample set and was anxiously awaiting delivery. When the package arrived, The exterior cardboard postal box was ok but the interior plastic wrapped perfume set box was completely saturated with perfume. Upon opening the 5 sample set, the "White" bottle was compromised. Apparently the seal on the bottle was broken as the contents of the the bottle were spilled. There was about a quarter inch of product left in the bottle. The other 3 bottles were covered in perfume. The smell was over-whelming. I contacted customer support for assistance and in their reply, they asked me to provide a "package opening video". I did not have one, honestly, who really makes a video of opening a perfume order. Due to my inability to provide the video, they said they were unable to replace the sample set. I think this is very poor business procedure. I was very disappointed that I am unable to try the perfume samples. The other bottles smell like the "White" perfume and are unusable. It is a shame that I cannot try the perfume, I have read many great reviews and I was hoping to find my next new daily perfume. If asked, I will tell people not to purchase from your company.

These smelled so bad honestly, which was disappointing. I was exicted to try the discovery set because of the Honey Oud getting a lot of attention and that scent was not good either. They smell cheap and artificial, like something from a middle of the mall kiosk booth. Unfortunately there is NO returning anything even if its mever been sprayed. Understandable but come on. Save your money and don’t buy it. Better to smell something before you buy it.

I ordered the gourmand set along with the female set and tecived the unisex free but received only the gourmand and unisex set with a refund for the female set and charged for the unisex set
