DO NOT recommend – terrible customer service – no refund and no response
I absolutely do not recommend this brand.
I never received my dress. The parcel was supposedly delivered to a “receptionist/front desk”, except there is no receptionist or front desk at my address. The proof of delivery even shows a supposed signature “Lu.cie”, which is not my signature.
FedEx closed the investigation without finding my parcel, and Par y Escala simply refuses to refund me. I explained the situation several times, offered to provide a handwritten and signed statement confirming that I never received anything, and now they have just stopped replying to my emails.
And the most ridiculous part? Today they sent me an email asking me to review the dress I never received.
Honestly, this is completely unacceptable. Losing a parcel can happen, but refusing to properly handle the situation, leaving a customer without the product AND without a refund, and then ignoring their emails is not acceptable customer service.
I absolutely do not recommend ordering from them.

Beautiful dress, high quality fabric
Beautiful dress, made of fantastic cotton. The cut is very nice and comfortable. I love the design and it’s elegance.
