Spicy Tomato Savory Jam

Special little jar of yum

This is such a unique, satisfying treat. I like it on toasted sourdough with fluffy ricotta and a jammy egg on top. I’m also going to try it with some mashed cottage cheese and sardines on toast. I’m sure it’s great with crackers and hummus, too. It just feels special to eat this.
