Ivory Spring

I usually gravitate toward richer coffees, but this completely changed my mind about lighter roasts. It’s bright, clean, and incredibly refined without being acidic or harsh. The flavors are subtle but memorable, and it’s one of the most enjoyable cups I’ve had in a long time.

Loved this one. A well-balanced medium roast that brews up smooth and bright with zero bitterness. Easy to drink and consistent cup after cup.

I actually bought this for a friend who was visiting from out of town, who is a barista. She loved it and made brown sugar lattes with it!
