Very helpful, perfect fit

I’ve ordered three pairs from Neems, and all of them fit amazingly! The customer service is top-notch. For the pair of shorts I ordered, I needed more stretch to get them over my hips, and they helped me re-make them in the stretch denim even though it’s non-standard. I’ve loved being able to customize a mid-rise flare, especially as a petite size. Highly recommend Neems!

I now own two pairs of Neems. One pair of jeans and one pair of shorts. I’ve owned the jeans now for over a year and I wear them A LOT. It’s the only pair of jeans I’ve ever gotten compliments in! Also, there are still no signs of wear and tear that I normally experience when having a well loved pair of jeans. Normally, I wear out the inner thigh and rip belt loops, even on expensive jeans. Neems is truly outstanding in quality. And they look really good on me. I recommend checking out their service where they take a pair of Jean you own and remake them to custom fit you. It takes away the frustration of changing size and losing the ability to wear a favorite pair of jeans that has become too small. The shorts I ordered, didn’t fit me correctly. I reached out to Neems and received a personalized response, immediate action, and a new pair of shorts. Having a customer care team that isn’t automated and being able to immediately have a real person handling my problem was amazing. I now have a perfect pair of shorts that fit great! These people are changing fashion.
