Everyone who gets in my vehicle always compliments me on how good it smells. I show them and tell them to check out Drift. So much better than the plugins for the vents.

Slightly disappointed right now. Love the Drift products, but the customer service is not living up to the product currently. Incorrect items in my order, so sent an email to the customer service email address. Auto reply to use the online AI chat bot to solve my issue. The AI chat bot tells me that it can’t help due to the order size, but the team knows and will reach out. Email says you have to reply to the email of there’s still an issue, so I send a follow up. The circles are frustrating and still no response.
