Still haven't recieved the product and the shipping place ups has bad customer service saying I recieved package when I didn't so therefore I won't ever order from here again

Love It, Love It, Love It!

Lilac Frost gave me the purple hair of my dreams! It's comfortable to wear, has a beautiful lavender color, and looks natural. My only complaint with it is the permatease. There was a lot of it when I pulled the wig out of the box, but I was able to manage it by shaking the wig and brushing out the hair. All in all, a beautiful wig and a great style to wear!

Not what I was hoping

So, I'll start by saying what I like. The hair is super soft, and the wig is pretty comfortable. Now for what I don't like. The hair is thin, and this thing sheds pretty badly. In some spots, you can see the weft of the wig cap. The color was more gray than lilac, that didn't bother me too much though, since the color is still pretty. Since most of the reviews are great, I guess I just got a dud. I would have returned it, but I (stupidly) took the tag off of the wig. I expected so much to love it that I just took the tag off without looking closely at the wig until it was too late. Lesson learned lol. Overall, not too impressed with this piece.
