Healing Tears All White

My delivery looked very differnt than the refined elegant arrangement pictured. Filler,flowers and vase were different than the one pictured. The arrangement wasn’t put together round and tight- but was sloppy, loose and irregular. When I contacted the florist, I was told choices were made at their own discretion to fill the order If I had the curtesy of a phone call prior to the difficulty of fulfilling my order I would have made a different choice, as the arrangement sent was quite embarrassing for me.
