The company was very transparent and accommodating, even when they checked in to confirm the design and I requested a font change, they were right on it and incredibly efficient. It made me feel confident in what I would be receiving, especially with the example pictures they sent through email of what to expect, I was asked to confirm and happily did knowing the sizing and look of my product. 10/10 service, efficiency and quality. The hoodie is 50% cotton and 50% polyester, so it’s thick and comfortable. I’m very happy with this product:)
