Small Pre-Mounted Sized Paper (Antique)

I found the pre-mounted easy for creating a finished painting, Just paint and you are done. However, it is difficult to deal with. Unlike traditional rice paper, it does does not accept light washes well. So you have to start out with strong inks and the quickly dilute them to get a gradational stroke. The result is you can not feather your strokes ink into water as well. Personalty I plan to stick to traditional rice paper for most of my painting , but will use the pre-mounted paper for simple things like painting cards (i.e. Birthday, Christmas or Congratulation cards) because you don't have to go through 3 stages of wet mounting
