I liked how moist this fish was. At first, I thought I wouldn’t like it because it has a pretty strong fishy smell, but the meat itself isn’t fishy at all. It’s mild, tender, not chewy, and only lightly salted. It tastes fresh and has a lot of meat. Great with a cold beer!
