Style and sizing was strange

I was expecting a normal straight forward vest, but it has a weird design. Also the sizing was like slim in some places and normal in others.

Soft Shell Vest

I thought the vest was well made and I really liked the material. I ordered the size based on the size chart and it was small. I am planning on ordering the next size up.
