Run small, no stretch, heavy material

I ordered a 16 for my outdoor (75* likely) elopement reception and, unfortunately, it does not stretch, is quite heavy material and I will not be able to fit it in time because they run a little small. When my husband touched the dress, he said it felt like a table cloth. Also, in my attempts to fit in the dress, it seems like I outran the return window, so I am just stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit with no options to return. I even paid for the $3.49 free return, but did not read the requirements.

Ordered two dresses because the reviews said sizing was off. Had to send both back as they did not fit plus the stunk like someone had worn them. I also learned after they only offer store credit. Fun times!
