Good case, does not fit 10ft rod

My 4 piece 10ft rod didn't fit, other rods fit fine. The inner dimensions are quite a bit smaller than dimensions listed here, I had measured out my rod to see if it would fit to those dimensions, even with an inch of play the rod still didn't fit.
