Weekend Dress - Sunset Rose Watercolour Bamboo

The first time I saw the picture of Diane in the Sunset RoseWeekend dress, I was in lust (sorry, the dress, not Diane, though I always love her too). I went back and forth over 2 days, thinking it might be too wild a pattern of colours, but couldn’t get the fabric and dress off my mind, so gave in and made an order (and believe me, I have a lot of Diane Kennedy pieces). I am so so so happy that I got this dress. The fabric is a soft-touch summer bamboo, the pattern is like a fractured sunset on the lake, and the colours just make me smile and feel great! Looks good on line, looks amazing in person. I’m taller than Diane (5´ 9¨) so the skirt is mid-calf on me and is easy to dress up or go more casual for this variable fireside-to-ice flow weather we are having so far. Another ace for the Diane Kennedy team. Treat yourself and buy any and all items in this new watercolour/cream fabrication.
