Magical!

I don't know what kind of voodoo they used, but this blur powder brushes on cool and feels wet at first! But it's not wet. Magic! 🙃 It acts like a filter but IRL. I use it after a full face of makeup but also over only spf moisturizer and a primer, and it makes my skin look better. Love!
