I had a great experience at Mejuri Montreal, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. They kindly offered to email me the product details of a ring I liked so I could take my time exploring other options around the city. That gesture stood out and made the whole process feel relaxed and customer-focused. In the end, I returned to Mejuri because they offered the best value. Although my size wasn’t available in-store at the time, they proposed ordering it for me, which I would have gladly done had I stayed longer in Montreal. I chose to settle with another size that fit another finger on my hands. I’ve now had the ring for two weeks and I’m very happy with it. It’s durable, comfortable, and I don’t have to worry about taking it off during daily activities. Overall, a satisfying purchase backed by great service. I'll have to see in the long run how the ring ages with me, but I would go back to Mejuri just for the service alone!
