Beautiful piece

This is a beautiful piece but way too delicate, The backing broke off after one use.

Poor customer service

After less than 24 hours the butterfly backing fell out. The store said they don’t carry replacements and I’d have to contact customer service. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for customer service to provide a replacement. Will think twice about our from Mejuri again if this is how they deal with a simple replacement.
