We are very happy with our 4mm Smooth Band wedding rings with engravings. The rings are beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and provided great advice throughout the process. It did take a little longer than expected to receive the rings. However, the customer service team contacted us, explained the delay, and did their best to make sure the rings would be ready in time for our wedding ceremony.
