Items didn't ship; received wrong item; no communication

I had to email and DM vender because the items I ordered did not ship. Someone answered my DM notifying me that my items would ship out that day. Once I received the items, they did not appear as seen online or in my order confirmation. I reached out to them and still have not received the correct items. It's almost August I ordered the items on June 14.

Sweater material

I thought this was going to be a cute polo shirt. It’s actually more of a sweater material. And it’s not cropped like other “cropped” items they sell. Typically I would just cut it shorter but the trim on this one doesn’t make it possible.
