Dead by Daylight - 10th Anniversary – Commemorative Pin Box Set

Quality and packaging left a lot to be desired. Packaging results in damaged product.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to give the pins a 1 star review. The artwork is much darker in person than it appears in the product photos, the pins did not feature the 10 year branding on the back (which was advertised in the product photos), the packaging had a thin cardboard sheet the pins were attached to, sat atop a piece of foam loose. There was no piece of foam on top of the box packaging, nor are the surface of the pins scratch resistant. Mine had scuffs and scratches from being shifted around and scratched/scuffed up by touching the top of the box. I purchased 2 pin sets and both had the same issues. I've contacted customer service with photos of the flaws and provided some solutions for future pin productions. Hopefully there is a good remedy for this, ideally a replacement unit packaged with better care. But since this is a one-off production, I don't think there's any hope to receive pins in perfect condition or new ones that feature the 10 year branding.

Received duplicate pins

Received 2 Jakes and 0 dwight pins. Extremely disappointed. Customer support seems to have dropped off the face if the planet as they have not responded to me for 3+ days. Do not purchase any physical merchandise from them.
