Tried both methods of thawing and reheating. They turned out a bit dry and were a bit lean to be honest. Almost as if they were taken from the flat instead of the point. Good smoke flavor overall, but they were really flaky too. Was a bit disappointed based on what I’ve experienced at the restaurant.
