The order took 14 days to arrive after attempting to follow up 3 separate times. Was told TAT is 3-4 days. Sat with the shipping label for 6 days. Then was missing 4 of the chains I ordered. Very frustrated at the lack of customer service and quality control. No idea if I’ll receive the miising chains because they don’t respond to anything.
