Great service, replied to queries I sent promptly. My daughter (14) wears it every day, she was apprehensive to start with but once I had done some research and found Butler and Grace then she was happy to wear it all the time. Catch was stiff to start with but we watched the videos online and now it has loosened slightly.

The bracelet is exactly what I was hoping for and I received it before I thought I would. I am able to put it on by myself. I have arthritis and it is much easier to put on.
