First time buyer.
Just 2 weeks in and so far really liking the boots. Seems yo be holding up with daily wear, between my day job and farm. Didn't take much to to break them which is great. Long term will be the question, returned my Twisted X boots after 8 months and already fell apart

Waiting on exchange
Received the order and boots were a great color, seemed well made but sent back to exchange for a smaller size. Return process was easy, but it has been 16 days since the return was received and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed once and had no reply. Emailed again today asking for an update. Would like to have the boots so I can give a boot review instead of a customer service review.
