Ring Quality is GREAT...Customer Service needs improving!

Ring is gorgeous and as described! Paid for expedited shipping and also emailed customer service (who just so happens to be the owner) and explained why I needed the expedited shipping I also PAID for. Not only did I not receive my ring in the terms I was told via email with her AND PAID FOR, but I received it later than if I would have just had free standard shipping! I reached out to the owner to see about making it right since I PAID EXTRA for expedited shipping and as I type this the owner has still NOT responded. Very unimpressive!

This is I think my 10th Tiger Gems ring. All are silver except for this new one. I love the rose gold and will be getting another rose gold piece in the near future. The band is beautiful and pairs well with the solitaires I have and the smaller eternity band I have. 100% recommend this company.
