Poor customer response

I purchased the Large Beaters from Ekkovision on the 18th, and unfortunately the fit was much tighter and more form-fitting than expected. I needed an XL instead, so I contacted customer service to request an exchange. They initially responded asking for pictures of the packaging, which I provided right away. After that, I received no response for 10 days. I also tried reaching out through Instagram and only got a reply telling me to “be patient.” The return/exchange policy seems simple on the website, but the actual customer service experience was disappointing and very slow. Because of the poor communication and lack of follow-up, I won’t be purchasing from Ekkovision again.

Quality

I own both the OG and this one now. It is definitely significantly softer, but feels just as tight. This isn't a restrictive tight though. I highly recommend. It is a more publicly acceptable cut hahah. THANK YOU!!

I love the fitting of the beater. Suprisingly breathable while working out as well. The only problem I have is that it's a little difficult to take off after a workout. Maybe using a strechyer material could help but other than that it's great.
