Terrible communication

My one star review is of the whole process. I received the two chairs and tables. They both appear to be great! The sofa came completely wrong. Frame is the wrong color cushions are the wrong color clearly it was shipped incorrectly. I have emailed back-and-forth. The couch has not been picked up. I have not received notification that the new one has shipped and I’m sure my charge card has been charged. Super frustrated I guess if I had gone through Amazon and not directly through their website, maybe the customer service would’ve been better I’m not exactly sure.
