I purchased the hat and within a week the hat went on sale. I expected a price adjustment. I notified customer service more than once. My purchase was still in transit. Customer service stated it was nothing they can do. I am a repeat customer and expected the price adjustment of approximately$40. In order for me to receive the reduced price I would have to mail the hat back and repurchase paying for shipping. It did not make sense.
