Disappointed, unit dead on arrival

I got the cable with the R side dead. Called Null Audio 2 or 3 times and tried sending a message with no answer. I thought it might have been an app issue (upgrade), but the app is next to impossible to find here in the US and the Null Audio guys have not gotten back to me after more than 3 weeks of me pleading for help.

Fast delivery, good audio but weak mic

Order arrived on same day of order - best-in-class delivery speed. Ordered two as a replacement for an existing Capri cable, as the audio input for the mic was bad on calls, and thought it was due to wear-and-tear. Unfortunately, new cables are still performing poorly in this aspect. But if you are using this Capri cable purely for listening, highly recommended. If you take calls, would suggest looking elsewhere. Customer service from Null Audio also appears lacking. Have emailed them twice over the past 2-3 weeks about the audio input issues, and refund policies, but not a response or even an acknowledgement of receipt.

There is a hiss sound, which i didn’t expect. Also, i can’t download the app to eventually check an update, it doesn’t exist in my region.
