Size run small and the return process is complicated. They sent a shoe that measures 10.5 when i ordered an 11.5 and said they would not be responsible for return shipping because that is not a defect. All they offered was 30% off another order. They offer no exchanges only a limited refund with a loss in shipping and then said to reorder a larger size.

This is my second pair of these shoes. My first ones are still in impeccable condition I just had to get a second pair for the future. Highly recommended these shoes are amazing and fit great

They look great and fit well. They only need a back strap to be a five star experience.
