Same sh*** overrated Dept.

The hat is beautiful, very nice product. You can tell they put a lot of time into it. Now, why 4 stars? Shipping took forever and if i wouldve known then maybe i still do 5 stars. It took about a month to get here, they responded once to my emails but that took some time. They explained that the warehouse is out of the country. But it did arrive and it was worth it.
