Really disappointed with this purchase. I packed this item for an out-of-town concert, and when it was time to wear it, the zipper had completely detached. I’ve been trying to reach customer support for over a week, and after one initial response, they stopped replying despite multiple follow-ups. I really love this brand, but this experience is unacceptable, especially for the price.

The fit was too loose around the calf and ankle. The stirrups were so low that it basically looked like full length leggings. You could barely see the stirrups.
