Contacted Tiem about an issue with a pair of shoes I bought 3 months ago. The response was quick and the remedy for the issue was solved timely.

My feet are on the wider side, so I'm still breaking in these shoes, they feel a little snug around the toes right now.

I did not size down

Tiem says to size down for this style. I usually wear a 5 or 5. 5, depending on the brand, so I originally purchased a 5. It was very tight, like feet tingling and losing sensation tight. Since it was my first time buying cycling shoes, I contacted customer service for advice. They did not respond. I exchanged for a 5. 5, which feels much better. I’m very happy to have these shoes. They allow me to feel more secure on my bike and participate more fully in the classes at Lifetime Fitness.
