great for price! lovely shade, the flavor profile isn’t super strong but definitely superior compared to other matchas.

Quite bitter, with a little sweetness

I found this one to have a slight sweetness on top, but with a strong bitterness that I wasn't able to get past. It also didn't foam well, but that may be more down to my technique than the tea itself
