Three of the items are missing apparently this shipment came from China. All the tags on the product are in Chinese so you don’t know what the size measurements are and the care instructions for washing are in Chinese… I felt like this product was misrepresented because I never saw anything that I was ordering a product directly from China and then it took forever to receive and not being able to read the tags attached to the covers for Care or what sizes they are is very frustrating. I guess you just have to figure that out on your own and then the three items I’m missing are the $20 gift card the little booklet and the certificate for my extra protection replacement cover covers.

material is good and arrived on time. they did not have pillow covers available or a cover for the L-Shaped attached pillows I needed a cover for. everything else is covered which is great.
