Great sauce…needs some time on the shelf

Love your sauces. Bought the Chinese one, 1 for me and 1 for a mate. Opened mine the day it arrived. Nice sauce, but imho it needs to sit in the cupboard for a month at least…just to balance out that ‘green’ taste. Not going to stop me buying your next batch 🙏
