Black Currant & Blueberry Preserves (no sugar added)

I ordered a jar to try it out, and we liked it so much that I ordered several more. We usually don't like a blend of several fruits as typically one can't identify any, but in this case, both can be enjoyed. Not too tart or too sweet. Consistency is just right.
