Help! I cannot find any directions for setting up and using this clock

Help! I cannot find any directions for setting up and using this clok. I did manage to put in the batteries and set it up, but the tiny little whate cord that appears to be for USB charging is so tinyand has the thinnestlettle connector, I have no idea how to use it. Please advise and maybe sedn the use and care directions?
