The first try was not the best and there could have been more variables than I can name. It was very bitter. I was used to a smooth very dark heavy organic Vermont brand. The second time I tried the coffee, I used some very cold water to begin which may have changed the taste. This time it was light and delicious. I had to have more. Thanks.
