Cinch PS5 Customizer NEW

I was a little worried, because it took a bit to come in, longer than what I anticipated, but when it came in. I was so happy with how it turned out, exactly what I wanted, gave it to my brother for his birthday as it was anticipated for, and my little brother continues to use it

My custom PS5 Controller is fair, I guess. The printing of my photo was washed out and blurry. Also, the photo had been moved so that there is a large black area on the left grip. You can see how nice the photo and the mock up look as opposed to the real thing. I had also experienced stick drift in the beginning, but that seems to have somehow resolved itself. Since then, it seems to work fine. I have twice, emailed about my problems and twice called and left messages, with no response.

Product is not my main problem As for the product the mouse click buttons feel really good, and the extra buttons on the back of the controller are done really well and natural, so natural I accidentally click them when in intense moments. Slowly with time that will improve. The color is spot on and the design is good quality. Noticably lighter than a regular PS5 controller. My reason for the 2 stars is the lack of communications and the delay time of the product. It it said 6-8 weeks for the custom controlled and it took more like 12-16 weeks. I tried to call and the call never went through, I tried emailing and never got an answer. I would of cancelled my order if it would let me. Since I didn't have a choice I just gave up trying. I understand that maybe they're demand is causing delays or material or lack of employees or whatever it may be, I'm an understanding guy but the lack of accountability and communication is why I'm making this review. I really don't ever leave reviews.
