Cinch PS5 Customizer NEW

Had some hiccups with production, and then some confusion with communication that postponed me getting my order for a few weeks. But let me tell you, worth every second! They did a fantastic job, and It's by far my favorite controller in years!

I’d give it 5 stars except the customer service wasn’t the greatest, several emails sent inquiring as to why it was taking longer than 6-8 weeks and never got a response. A week after receiving my controller my triangle button quit working as well.

The buttons feel great! So much faster response. Love that I no longer have to worry about stick drift. Fast shipping and fast building.
