What an absolute headache it was to receive my order. I ordered my items on April 24th to wear for an event I had for the beginning of June; more than enough time to receive my items according to their “items will ship in 14 days” guide. I received an email on May 15th stating that they shipped. Yay! Awesome! Great! Except, I continued to check that tracking notification, and it hadn’t moved, or changed the status that USPS was awaiting my package. I reached out to their customer support near the end of May (around May 29th) multiple times because my status had still not updated, only to receive the same message back “I’ll find out right away!”. I completely understand running your own business and dealing with hundreds of orders a day, as I have done the same, but having some transparency would do wonders for your customers. Only after I threatened to file a claim with my bank, did my tracking notify me that it had been dropped off. Very disappointing.
