This is a wonderful idea.....when it works. And it may for some. But when it goes wrong and needs to be corrected , you are at a loss. I canceled my order here immediately due to lack of customer service on previous order. a hugh nightmare that has dragged on for sometime with no resolution. Wrong information in the product, wrong language, no communications. Order was canceled on website and by email within the timeline for cancelation their policy. I reported this company to my credit card and internet fraud. It is also obvious from reviews I am not the only one , I wish I had known this before.Which is also why I canceled my order.
