Venom Bikini - Bottoms

Unfortunately, the bikini arrived damaged. I contacted Heavensent and provided clear photos showing the damage, but they refused to refund me. They kept insisting that the bikini wasn’t damaged despite the evidence I sent. Very disappointing customer service, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.
