I love how it fits I’m 6’2” and 230 and fits just fine but you need to you can adjust from the shoulder straps the only problem is that it wasn’t heavy enough for me personally and now they r coming out with a 25lb vest I might have to get that one too now….this vest to me is worth it but I would go heavy if you r looking for a more intense workout

Game Changer

I had hit a plateau for months with my weight loss and strength gain. Decided to get the Punisher weighted vest. Ever since I’ve started wearing it in my workouts and walk/runs, I’ve lost 10 lbs in a month, my leg strength and endurance for running has increased! It fits good, I’m 6’7” so I figured it would be small (lengthwise) on me, while it is a little bit, it still fits comfortably and the girth to fit on my upper body is good - there’s enough length in the adjustment straps to not be a problem. If you’re in the fence about getting this - pull the trigger it’s worth it. If you e never tried or thought about a weighted vest - this is the one to try first!!

I LOVE THE PUNISHER WEIGHT VEST!!! I'm a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and LOVE calisthenics training as a major part of my own practice & training. I have an old weight vest that's just growing dust because the velcro straps keep coming undone. I love that the Punisher weight vest is a set amount of weight and a snug fit so that it stays in place, doesn't have to be readjusted, and actually moves with you when you train with it! The Punisher Weight Vest is my FAVORITE piece of equipment: it makes me feel DANGEROUS...
