I GOT 2 SIZES 1 SET FOR MYSOM 1 SET FOR MYSELF. Ifound it was trying to pull my arch up, i don't have an arch, so my foot was very sore after being on all day, but it settled down after I walked on my toes and rested my foot. So far so good

they are working great!
